Our story

Jim, was inspired by the South American open-flame grill techniques that have not changed for thousands of years. A lover for great food and hospitality, Jim started with a small weekend hobby that has since grown into a beloved mobile BBQ catering experience.

Front of house and the small talented team, ensures everything runs smoothly, managing the logistics and customer service that keep the operation thriving.

Our custom-built smoker fills the air with the aroma of slow-cooked perfection and with each stop, we turn any location into a BBQ destination.
